1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Andrew HSC (andrewhsc.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Andrew HSC.

2. Description of Service

Andrew HSC provides an AI-powered HSC Mathematics question bank, exam paper generator, worksheet builder, and related educational tools for teachers and schools in New South Wales, Australia. The platform generates questions using artificial intelligence and provides tools for organising, exporting, and sharing educational content.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense platform content without permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
  • Upload malicious content, including but not limited to scripts, viruses, or harmful code
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

5. Intellectual Property

AI-generated questions and exam papers created through the platform may be used by subscribing schools and teachers for educational purposes, including classroom distribution and assessment. The platform software, design, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Andrew HSC. You retain ownership of any original content you upload to the platform.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may contain errors. While we employ CAS verification and review processes, we do not guarantee the mathematical accuracy of all generated questions or solutions. Teachers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use in formal assessments. Andrew HSC is not liable for errors in AI-generated content used in examinations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Free tier accounts are subject to usage limits (20 questions per month). Paid subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the platform does not meet your requirements. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, but we may retain anonymised usage data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andrew HSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
